Appeals review procedure:
- All fields must be filled in for the appeal to be reviewed.
- The appeal should be detailed; all necessary information should be fully reflected.
- Complaints and petitions sent more than once within one month are not accepted.
- After sending a complaint, bank employees may contact the complainant by phone or e-mail for more information. Refusal to provide information may extend the time for consideration of the application.
- Complaints and petitions of persons providing false information about themselves are not considered.
- Appeals are considered within 15 business days; appeals requiring additional information and its verification - within 30 business days.
